Modern Production Plant The manufacture zone is divided into 5 parallel and dedicated technological lines, fully isolated and functionally independent, air conditioned by separate AC centres.

Production Process

The entire production process is controlled by the Building Management System (BMS). Operators are able to constantly monitor all parameters with two systems. Management and control of the production may be done both in the factory and remotely.

Each production line is equipped with a separate washing facility, weighing facility, two rooms for product formulation with two mixers and independent product pipelines, as well as separate filling rooms and packing rooms. All lines are supplied by a separate air-conditioning centre.

Rooms with the highest class of cleanliness (“A/B”) are equipped with laser particle counters, working on-line, whose task is constant monitoring of the air quality. Operator station ensures constant monitoring of physico-chemical climate parameters and of all technological media supplied to the production and laboratory rooms.

  1. The first technological line (LT-1) is dedicated for aseptic manufacturing of sterile antibiotic suspensions with the use of penicillins (beta-lactams) with potential allergic effects. The line is used for the manufacture of intramammary, intrauterine and bottled forms requiring protection from moisture or atmospheric oxygen. The protection of the manufacture zone against microbiological contamination is provided by an automatic carrier transport to the packing zone.
  2. The second technological line (LT-2) is dedicated for the manufacture of sterile injection solutions whose sterility is achieved by means of sterilising filtration or final sterilisation in a water autoclave.
  3. The third technological line (LT-3) is dedicated for the manufacture of non-sterile, liquid and semi-liquid forms of medicines for oral and topical administration.
  4. The fourth technological line (LT-4) is dedicated for the manufacture of non-drug, liquid and semi-liquid veterinary preparations to be administered on skin, as well as fodder mixtures.
  5. The fifth technological line (LT-5) is adopted for the production of veterinary products in the form of solutions for topical skin administration that require spark-free manufacturing conditions (Ex). This line may be used to produce medicines in such packaging as tubes, blisters for liquid forms, and bottles.
